Move over Mozart! Bach was way ahead of his time in recognizing the amazing benefits of classical music, especially when combined with coffee. Zimmerman’s Coffeehouse, not a church or recital hall, was the site of Bach’s own chamber music series in Leipzig almost three hundred years ago. Pre-concert lecture at 7:15pm.
  • Bach: Coffee Cantata and Harpsichord Concerto in D minor
  • Telemann: Paris Quartet in E minor and Arias from Die Last-tragende Liebe
