An inaugural series of concerts over 8 days to include many of New York’s preeminent performing ensembles, artists, and organizations.  Under the Co-Direction of Jolle Greenleaf (artistic director of the vocal ensemble TENET) and Donald Meineke (associate director of music at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church).  The Festival will comprise concerts, talks, social events, children’s programs, and the creation of a new festival orchestra to perform works by Rameau marking the 250th anniversary of the composer’s death in 1764 under the direction of violinist Robert Mealy.  The Festival is produced in partnership with Gotham Early Music Scene, Inc.
