Lyra Baroque Orchestra, Jacques Ogg, Artistic Director The Brandenburg Concerti: I, III & VI
Guests: Marc Destrubé, violin & Debra Nagy, oboe The Lyra Baroque Orchestra is giving audiences a rare holiday treat this December: the opportunity to hear three of the Brandenburg Concertos performed on original instruments from the time of Bach.   The historic-instrument ensemble, led by Dutch harpsichordist Jacques Ogg, performed half of the six concertos two seasons ago; now they’re completing the cycle with numbers one, three, and six, featuring guest artists Marc Destrubé on baroque violin and Debra Nagy on baroque oboe.
