This performance includes a Pre-Concert Presentation at 7pm with special guest lecturer, Yossi Maurey, Hebrew University of Jerusalem Musicologist.

Experience the mystery, miracles, and marvel that surround the 13th-century saga of Saint Martin, a man who was canonized not because of the way he died, but because of the way he lived. For hundreds of years, fragments of remarkable medieval chants and elegant prose composed in honor of Saint Martin of Tours have been at rest in rare French manuscripts. And now, thanks to the research of Israeli musicologist Yossi Maurey, the musicians of The Rose Ensemble breathe new life into the music and legends of this venerated French saint.
