Performing on the concert are trumpeters, Brian Chin, David Cole, Matt Dalton, Ansgar Duemchen, Bob Gale, Judson Scott and Gordon Ullmann.Dan Oie will be featured on baroque timpani, as well as organist Sheila Bristow, soprano Linda Tsatsannis, Soprano Jennifer Ceresa and baroque cellist Nathan Whittaker.
The Seattle Trumpet Consort is proud to announce the release of their new CD on Origin Classical Records, After Baroque, Music forNatural Trumpet. Sponsored in part by the Early Music Guild, 4Culture and OriginRecords, they will be celebrating with a live concert performing selected worksby Biber, L. Mozart and Caldera and featuring music for baroque trumpets and voice.The Seattle Trumpet Consort is a group of baroque trumpet players dedicated toperforming music written for the natural trumpet. They are performing a body of repertoire written for the natural trumpet after thebaroque, that for the most part, remains largely unexplored.
